WHY ??? Read below...
1-) First via email:
An email tells me-Can they follow instructions,
submission guidelines, how timely they are, how long
did it take them to respond, how detailed oriented they are;
it also tells me what type of writers they are and
a bit about their personality etc...
2.) A phone interview and introduction:
Tells me- if they are listeners, talkers, nervous, easy
going, confident, good sellers, closers,slow, fast etc...
Also, a bit more about their personality.
3-) In-Person Interview:
Tells me- How they carry themselves,
through their dress, Gait, etc.. are they late,
on time, are they Audio, Visual,
Kinesthetic, or Audio Digital etc...
We have HIGH standards for our Clients.
