After nearly 20 years of constant study, Tom developed his
first product Elixir MRE and brought it to market in 2003.
Elixir MRE quickly became the product of choice among the
many champion athletes at the legendary Gold’s
Gym in Venice, California.

For the past 4 years, Tom labored at a grass roots level,
and dedicated his career to representing the Naturalist
Medicine approach and the teaching of its methodology.

homeless in Southern California, Tom directed his
efforts across the country to Hurricane-stricken
Louisiana. He headed toward the storm to aid in Katrina
relief feeding the victims and trying to find solutions to

In 2006 Tom began looking to the Sudan in Africa and found
incredible injustice and genocide. After the senseless murders
of over 400,000 men, women and children, Tom has pledged
to bring relief to the starving refugees in Darfur. He has
